Bio
Short version
Espen Kjendlie composes ambient soundscapes under the name Soothing Sounds Studio — slow, spacious music for inner journeys, reflection, therapy, calm and sleep.
Long version
Soothing Sounds Studio is the ambient music project of Norwegian composer Espen Kjendlie. The music is built from slow-moving textures, gentle drones and subtle melodic fragments — pieces that breathe and unfold rather than demand attention.
Alongside the ambient catalogue, the project includes binaural beats, Solfeggio frequency work, bilateral soundscapes intended to support EMDR-style listening, and extended-length compositions written for therapy rooms, bodywork, yoga and long sleep sessions. Everything is available to stream on Spotify.
